1. About the Program
EveLynk runs a Monetization Program to reward creators and organizations who consistently share valuable content, host meaningful events, and contribute to a healthy community. Eligibility is based on measurable activity on the platform, and the same rules apply to everyone.
There are two tracks:
- Individual Creators - everyday users who post content and grow a following.
- Organizations - verified organizations who host events on EveLynk.
Each track has its own eligibility rules, its own scoring formula, and its own annual awards.
2. Eligibility - Individual Creators
You may become eligible for monetization as an Individual Creator if all of the following are true:
- Your account is at least 90 days old.
- You have 10,000 or more followers.
- Your Engagement Score over the last 30 days is at least 1,000.
- You have no Community Guideline violations during the last 90 days.
- You pass EveLynk's automated checks for fake followers and artificial engagement.
Meeting these requirements does not automatically enrol you. EveLynk reviews each account, and we may decline or revoke eligibility if we detect anything that undermines the fairness of the program.
2.1 How Engagement Score is calculated
The Engagement Score measures how strongly people interact with the content you post. Every interaction is weighted based on how much effort it takes to make it:
Engagement Score = (Likes × 1) + (Comments × 3) + (Shares × 5)
- Likes count as 1 point each - the simplest signal.
- Comments count as 3 points each - writing a comment takes more thought.
- Shares count as 5 points each - sharing your content is the strongest signal of value.
Only interactions on posts you created during the measurement window are counted.
3. Eligibility - Organizations
Your organization may become eligible for monetization if all of the following are true:
- Your organization is verified on EveLynk.
- You have successfully hosted at least 3 completed events.
- You have not cancelled any event during the last 90 days.
- Your Popularity Index is at least 75.
- You have no history of fraud, scams, or ticket manipulation.
- Your refund rate is below 5%.
As with individual creators, meeting the requirements does not guarantee eligibility. EveLynk reviews each organization and may decline or revoke eligibility based on the overall health of your account and your events.
3.1 How Popularity Index is calculated
Every completed event on EveLynk receives a Popularity Score. The Score combines three signals that together describe how well an event performed:
Popularity Score = (40% × Event Conversion Rate) + (35% × Ticket Registration Score) + (25% × Event View Score)
Where the Event Conversion Rate is calculated as follows:
Event Conversion Rate = (Joined Count ÷ Event View Count) × 100
The Event Conversion Rate measures what percentage of people who viewed your event actually decided to join. A higher conversion rate suggests your event page communicates value clearly.
The Ticket Registration Score rewards the total number of paid or free registrations for the event.
The Event View Score rewards how many people discovered your event on the platform.
Your Popularity Index is the average Popularity Score of your three most recent completed events. Because it uses a rolling average, past success does not carry forever - you need to keep hosting strong events to stay eligible.
4. Community Guidelines
Individual Creators and Organizations are not eligible for monetization if they repeatedly violate EveLynk's Community Guidelines. Violations include, but are not limited to:
- Illegal content of any kind
- Hate speech, harassment, or targeted abuse
- Adult or sexually explicit content
- Graphic violence
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Spam or misleading content
- Artificial engagement, fake followers, or bot activity
- Impersonating another person or organization
- Scams, fraudulent listings, or deceptive fundraising
- Repeated misinformation intended to deceive users
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or revoke monetization eligibility for a single serious violation or a pattern of smaller ones. See the User Agreement for the complete set of platform rules.
5. Annual EveLynk Awards
Every year on 28 July, EveLynk celebrates its Establishment Day by recognising the creators and organizations who contributed the most to the community over the past year.
5.1 Individual Awards
The Top 10 eligible Individual Creators, ranked by their annual Engagement Score, may receive:
- EveLynk Recognition Award
- Exclusive Creator Badge
- Platform Promotion
- Rewards announced by EveLynk
5.2 Organization Awards
The Top 10 eligible Organizations, ranked by their annual Popularity Index, may receive:
- EveLynk Excellence Award
- Premium Organization Badge
- Featured Promotion
- Rewards announced by EveLynk
The specific structure of each year's awards, including any monetary or non-monetary rewards, will be announced by EveLynk in advance of the Establishment Day.
6. Changes to the Program
EveLynk continuously reviews the Monetization Program to ensure fairness, sustainability, and long-term platform growth.
Eligibility requirements, formulas, thresholds, rewards, and other program conditions may be updated, simplified, or expanded based on platform performance, community feedback, fraud prevention, and evolving business needs. Any updates will be announced through official EveLynk channels before they take effect.
We may pause, restrict, or discontinue the Monetization Program at any time, in whole or in part. Monetization does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and EveLynk.
