1. Age Policy
EveLynk is intended for users aged 18 and above. Accounts we identify as belonging to users under 18 are terminated without notice, and any content associated with the account is removed.
If you believe an underage account is active on the Platform, please report it using the mechanisms in Section 4 below.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on EveLynk, regardless of the context, tone, or format in which they appear:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind - including images, videos, drawings, animations, or text depicting a minor in a sexual context.
- Solicitation of a minor for sexual or romantic purposes ("grooming"), whether direct or via any intermediary.
- Sextortion, blackmail, or coercion of a minor involving sexual content.
- Sharing the personal information of a minor - such as name, image, school, address, or contact details - without lawful consent.
- Content that sexualises, objectifies, or otherwise endangers a child.
- Attempting to contact, meet, or arrange an in-person meeting with a minor for any inappropriate purpose.
- Sharing links, external services, or contact information intended to facilitate any of the above.
Violations result in immediate account termination, permanent bans across affiliated accounts and devices where they can be identified, and reports to law enforcement as required by law.
3. Detection and Response
We identify violations through a combination of user reports, moderation review, and automated systems. When CSAE content or conduct is confirmed:
- The associated account is permanently terminated.
- The content is removed from the Platform and preserved for evidentiary purposes as required by law.
- The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant Indian law enforcement authorities are notified as required under Indian and applicable international law.
- Any additional accounts, devices, or affiliations we identify as involved are also actioned.
We cooperate fully with lawful requests from law enforcement and recognised child safety organisations.
4. How to Report
If you have encountered CSAE content, grooming conduct, or any risk to a minor on EveLynk, please report it immediately.
4.1 From inside the app
Tap the three-dot menu on any post, profile, or message and choose Report. Select "Child safety / CSAE" as the reason.
4.2 By email
Write to security@evelynk.in - reserved for child safety concerns and other security incidents. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours.
4.3 What to include
Where possible, include:
- The username or handle involved.
- A link to the content, or a screenshot.
- The date and time you observed the content.
- A short description of the concern.
We never disclose the identity of a reporter to the account they reported.

We respond to lawful notices from law enforcement and recognised child safety organisations at the addresses above.
6. Legal Compliance
EveLynk complies with, and these standards are enforced under:
- The Information Technology Act, 2000 and its associated rules (India), including obligations regarding harmful content and CSAM.
- The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 (India).
- The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
- Applicable international standards for child safety, including NCMEC reporting for content or conduct originating outside India.
7. Updates
We review these standards periodically and may update them in response to changes in law, product features, or safety practices. Material updates will be announced through official EveLynk channels.
