Gate Access Feature

How Gate Duty Delegation Works

Organizations don’t need special scanner hardware or extra platform accounts. You can grant QR scanning access to any registered EveLynk user in 3 steps.

1. Organization Invites

The host organization selects an event and sends a Gate Duty access request to any individual user.

2. Individual Accepts

The user receives an in-app request. Upon accepting, QR scanning permission is temporarily granted for that event.

3. Scan & Verify

The user opens 'Gate Duty' from their app menu (≡) and uses the built-in scanner for fast, queue-free check-ins.
